I loved every aspect of my stay. extra, good touches were magnificent. i will definitely stay again. It is guaranteed. the staff were helpful and checked in to ensure i was happy with everything. the food was AMAZING!!!
during my stay, i noticed information about the surrounding area and facilities was not readily available upon arrival. i think it could be improved. the hotel is wonderful though.

The information on arrival was not readily available regarding the surrounding area. It was disappointing. i had requested a quiet room prior to arrival, but i was told bluntly that the room could not be changed. the room overlooked a very busy road. I could not use the balcony at all.
